All academic certificates and degrees at COTC have a plan of study that outline what courses need to be taken. Plans of study are reviewed annually and are updated as-needed to remain current and in line with industry standards, the job market and to meet regulatory/accreditation requirements. 

Students who wish to use financial aid must be certificate or degree seeking and be enrolled in a plan of study to use financial aid.

Students should be aware that not all certificate plans of study are eligible for financial aid. However, there may be grant funding available to help and/or cover the cost of tuition for some certificates. 

Students enrolling at COTC will follow the plan of study for the academic year in which they are enrolling (regardless of the academic year they apply).
