Admission Criteria
Regular admission to the college is open to all who have
earned a high school diploma, completed homeschooling at the
secondary level, or passed the General Education Development
(GED) test.
Applications are due one week prior to the semester for which you
are applying. View the academic
calendar for semester start dates.
Selective Healthcare Program Criteria
Some healthcare programs are competitive and have selective
admissions. There are enrollment requirements in addition to the
COTC admission application. Students must submit a program
application and supporting material to be considered for
admission to the program by the specified deadline (varies based
on program and campus). For more information, visit these

How to Apply
1. Create an Application Account
If you are a future student who has never applied to COTC, you
need to
create an account before you can complete an application.
If you have previously applied and/or attended COTC, you may not
need to create an account. You can simply
sign in with your email and password.
2. Verify Account
When you create an account to apply to COTC, you will be asked to
verify the email you used to create the account before you can
begin and complete your application. You will receive an email
with a link to confirm your email address and activate your
account.
3. Complete the COTC Application
Once your email is confirmed and your account is activated, you
may sign
in using the email address and password from step one to
complete your application.
