On-Campus Housing
Central Ohio Technical College students are eligible to apply for
on-campus housing provided by The Ohio State University at
Newark. Housing is limited and awarded by a lottery system.
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Housing contracts are
processed according to students’ date of admission to the
college/university. To enter the housing lottery, you must submit
a contract, a space reservation fee and a nonrefundable
housing filing fee by the deadline (late April).

Off-Campus Housing
Many students choose to live in off-campus apartments. There are
several apartment complexes in the Newark area. The college does
not broker arrangements between tenants and landlords for
off-campus housing. We highly recommend that you contact the
landlord directly to get further information regarding the unit
and set up an appointment to view the place prior to committing
to a place.
