Ohio State Newark Professor Receives Diversity Award

COTC DMS/RAD Alumni Degree Completion

COTC DMS graduates have the opportunity to complete an AS to BS completely online through a partnership with The Ohio State University. Students can continue their education, completely online, through coursework specializing in management principles and strategies, human resources for health care, administration and quality management.

AS to BS Completion Degree in Radiologic Sciences

For COTC alumni who have already completed their bachelor’s degree, COTC has a pathway in partnership with The Ohio State University to earn a master’s degree in science through the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. The graduate program is completely online. Many sonographers and allied health professionals will likely be interested in the “Advanced Practice” focus track which offers training in leadership, management, education and specialized graduate courses. There is also a “Research Track” for students to who wish to focus on research that would culminate in a thesis.

Clair Fink

Clair Fink went away — far away — to college right after she graduated from high school. But after one year, she realized it was not the experience she expected. With the financial burden of attending an out-of-state university weighing heavy on her mind, the Zanesville resident returned home and transferred to Central Ohio Technical College (COTC). Now she’s in her final semester of the digital media design technology program.

Juneteenth Independence Day Observance

To commemorate the Juneteenth National Independence Day this year, COTC will be closed on Friday, July 2. No classes will be held, but students and faculty scheduled for clinicals and internships should still report. Please note that in future years, COTC will honor the observance on or adjacent to June 19.
