Julio Valladares
A trip to Newark in 1981 with the El Salvador National Baseball Team was 19-year-old Julio Valladares’ first experience in the place he would later call home.
While his native country was in the midst of a civil war, Valladares felt a sense of peace and welcome in the home of his host family, who gladly opened their doors to him six months later when he decided to move to the United States.

Accepting Public Comments
There are seven co-located campuses in Ohio where two public institutions of higher education share a location and collaborate with each other to better serve students and communities. A Co-located Campuses Performance Audit was conducted this past year at the direction of the Auditor of State, Keith Faber. The analysis, findings, and conclusions of the Audit were used to make recommendations, which are in the official Performance Audit Report on the Auditor of State website.
The Performance Audit Report will be available for public comment through October 18. If you wish to provide a response, please submit your comments by clicking here.
