Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) radiologic science technology student Samuel Wolf is well on his way to his dream career as a pediatric radiology technologist thanks to the college’s highly regarded program and the connections it offers to students.
COTC Honors Mark Ramser with Legends of Loyalty Award
Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) recognized Mount Vernon resident Mark Ramser with the college’s Legends of Loyalty award during a recent Knox Campus Town Hall and presidential reception celebrating COTC’s 50th Anniversary. The Legends of Loyalty award, the highest honor bestowed by the college, was established in 2011 to recognize individuals who have impacted the college through their selfless service and unwavering support.
Black Heritage Gala
We are Still Here – Continuing Justice Efforts

The theme of this year’s Black Heritage Gala, Change is Coming, reflects recent events and sentiment in society, our community and our campus.
Guest speaker Dorian Harrison, The Ohio State University at Newark professor of teaching and learning, will give a talk entitled “We are Still Here – Continuing Justice Efforts” for the gala. The event will be at 6 p.m. on February 25 via Zoom. It is free and open to the public.
