National Surgical Technologist Week Celebrated at COTC (Photo Gallery)
In 1984, the Association of Surgical Technologists Board of Directors dedicated the third week in September to recognizing the critical job surgical technologists perform every day.
Customer Relations
Short-Term Certificate
The customer relations certificate examines problem-solving and caring for customers’ needs. Students will enhance their skillsets with an emphasis on communication, active listening, empathy, adaptability and time management.
One-Touch Multimedia Studio
COTC is pleased to announce the opening of our new state-of-the-art multimedia studio, housed in the Teaching and Learning Center. This high-tech studio is available to faculty, staff and students for creating video and audio productions. This soundproof space features studio lighting, smart cameras, microphones and a variety of backgrounds for various styles of presentation.
Recordings can be stored on a USB or other external drive, or loaded directly to a user’s Panopto loud folder. Additional integrations and storage options coming soon!

The Associate of Applied Science degree program in Nursing Technology is a selection-based program, meaning a student must APPLY to the program and then be SELECTED into the program before being able to meet graduation requirements.
STNA certification required.
