Overview

Electrocardiography for the Cardiac Sonographer

Short-Term Certificate

This short-term certificate program allows sonographers and sonography students to quickly upskill or advance their careers as electrocardiography (EKG) technicians. Students learn how to interpret and perform electrocardiograms (EKGs/ECGs) and, upon completion, are eligible to take the Certified EKG Technician (CET) certification exam.

COTC Celebrates National Radiologic Technology Week® (Photo Gallery)

National Radiologic Technology Week® (NRTW) 2022 is Nov. 6-12. Created by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists in 1979, this weeklong event is celebrated each year during the week of Nov. 8, the day that German physicist Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen discovered the X-ray in 1895.

Learn about our engineering technology programs that offer the graduate a diverse array of STEM-based career paths at our Engineering Technology Visit Day. This 90-minute visit will rotate through engineering labs, include hands-on engagement with faculty and explore COTC engineering technology degrees. The visit will include a campus tour.
