A group of 25 two-year colleges and private four-year universities have joined together to create the Ohio Consortium for Transfer Pathways to the Liberal Arts. 

Through this consortium or partnership, students who complete an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science at a two-year college at COTC in the areas of biology, English and psychology can seamlessly transfer their credits to a four-year university in the consortium to continue their education and earn a bachelor’s degree.
