CCP Scholarship
Receive up to $1,000 per semester after high school graduation.
Whether you want to get into a career quickly or complete the first two years of your bachelor’s degree, COTC’s College Credit Plus (CCP) Scholarship can save you thousands on your college education.
Who’s eligible:
2020 high school graduates and beyond who have completed 12 hours or more of CCP credit with COTC with a COTC grade point average (GPA) of 2.75.
How it works:
Earn 12 or more credit hours through CCP at COTC.
File the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) annually and submit any additional documentation requested for the financial aid process.
Complete the free COTC application for admission.
Enroll at COTC in the autumn or spring semester immediately after your high school graduation.
Your award is automatic — there’s no separate CCP Scholarship application.
$1,000 award is based upon full-time enrollment (12 credit hours per semester).
$750 award (9-11 credit hours per semester)
$500 (6-8 credit hours per semester).
To maintain scholarship eligibility, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester.
CCP Scholarships cover tuition and general fees; cost of books, other fees and supplies are not eligible.
CCP Scholarships will be renewed automatically until you complete your associate degree as long as you maintain a minium 2.0 GPA and continue to meet the standards for Satisfactory Academic Progress.
