As a creative introvert, Juliette Pierce never imagined herself as an engineer. But as a College Credit Plus (CCP) student in Central Ohio Technical College’s (COTC) architectural engineering technology program, she has overcome several challenges to redefine the possibilities for her future.
First-Time College Students
Who is considered a first-time college student?
Students who have never attended a college or university are considered first-time college students.
Additionally, students who complete college classes while in middle/high school (through College Credit Plus) are also considered first-time college students after high school graduation.

Pre Admission Course Requirements
The Associate of Applied Science degree program in Radiologic Science Technology is a selection-based program, meaning a student must APPLY to the program and then be SELECTED into the program before being able to meet graduation requirements. The following COTC courses (or their equivalents) must be completed prior to being admitted into the Radiologic Science Technology program. All courses must be completed with a grade of C (2.00) or better.

Students Will Find Enhanced Research and Career-Training Opportunities at New STEM Center
The new John and Mary Alford Center for Science and Technology on the shared Newark campus of The Ohio State University and Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) was dedicated on August 13 at a public ribbon-cutting ceremony and will open for classes this autumn semester.
