Businesses in every industry need employees with strong customer relations skills to win and retain customer loyalty. The customer relations certificate examines problem-solving situations and how to address customers’ needs.

By completing this course, you:

  • enhance your skill communication and active listening skills
  • practice empathy, adaptability and time management in a business setting
  • With this certificate you can begin working in customer relations right away. You will also be prepared to continue your education with COTC’s Associate of Applied Business in Business Management Technology.

    You can complete the customer relations certificate in two semesters.

    You can choose to complete the customer relations certificate entirely online or on campus, or you can take a combination of online and face-to-face classes.

    COTC awards more than $1 million in scholarships to students each year.

    Every student is encouraged to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for grants, scholarships and loans. Students who complete the FAFSA are automatically considered for some scholarships. Other scholarships require an application.
