Advancement Office

The Advancement Office coordinates, manages and implements fundraising efforts from public and private sources to make scholarships available and advance key programmatic initiatives; works with the campus community to determine institutional fundraising goals; and develops partnerships with community stakeholders to implement state-of-the-art programming that will meet the workforce needs of central Ohio.

Business and Finance

These departments and services are shared with The Ohio State University at Newark. The Business and Finance offices are located on the Newark Campus in Founders Hall. Services include things link accounts receivable, accounts payable and the overall budget and fiscal oversight for the college.

Facilities Planning & Operations

The Department of Facilities Planning and Operations oversees 20 buildings, including 9 academic facilities, 3 residence halls, as well as 200 acres of grounds at the Newark campus. Extended campuses in Coshocton, Mount Vernon and Pataskala total 96,000 square feet.

The Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness will provide accurate, timely and appropriate information to the college leadership, community and external audiences. The Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness will work collaboratively with institutional constituencies in supporting data-informed decision-making and furthering the college’s mission.

The mission of the Office of Marketing and Public Relations is to market the educational programs and services of both The Ohio State University at Newark and Central Ohio Technical College to our constituencies, to enhance the image and awareness of these institutions via public relations efforts, and to support the communication and promotional efforts of the campus community.
