COTC Graduation Application Due Dates
Listed below are the due dates students should submit their graduation application to the Gateway – Office of Student Records to be assured consideration to participate in a COTC Commencement ceremony. For more information about the graduation application process, contact the Gateway Office of Student Records at 740.366.9208 or visit a Gateway Office on any of COTC’s four campuses. The Newark Gateway Office of Student Records is located in the mall area of Hopewell Hall.

| Prospective Summer Semester 2024 Graduates — Graduation application forms due | Feb. 22, 2024 |

COTC Grade Submission Deadline
Final student grade submission Dates for First-Term, Second-Term and Semester courses at Central Ohio Technical College are published on the Official COTC College Calendars listed above.
Final student grade submission for all courses designated as “Flexibly Scheduled” are due in the Gateway Records Office at NOON on the day following the completion of the course. If the course ends on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the grades are due at Noon on the following Monday. If the Monday is a Holiday and COTC is closed on that day grades are due at Noon on Tuesday.
Final student grade submission for all high school College Credit Plus courses are due in the Gateway Records Office at NOON on the day following the completion of the course. If the course ends on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the grades are due at Noon on the following Monday. If the Monday is a Holiday and COTC is closed on that day grades are due at Noon on Tuesday.
